Do you know that for God to activate a miracle in your life, He has to respond to the level of your faith?
God does not respond to tears or sadness. If He was, then all the problems in the world would be sorted.
God only responds to faith...
Abraham had faith, and it was credited to him as righteousness (Genesis 15:6). If you read through the New Testament, most of Jesus miracles were a response to the incumbent's faith... and He often said things like:
-Your faith made you whole', I have never seen a faith like this'....
And when His own apostles could not accomplish miracles, He used to say one thing:
-'O you of little faith...!' (As a complaint)
If things don't turn right and if it seems as if God is not around, it is simply because humans don't have the faith to turn to Him.
There are nations and people who are constantly stricken because they don't have the faith to turn to Him. They will cry, stumble in tears, live in disappointment, but that will not even move God...
God responds only to Faith.
Here are few ways to manifest faith:
- Taking action (James 2:17): 'Instead of crying with tears all day long, take action about your situation, Whether you are looking for a job, a business loan or a meaningful relationship. Faith without action is dead. However there are still people who scramble in tears and expect God to appear.
-Pray and turn to God (Jeremiah 33:3): 'Crying in tears is NOT praying!' All too often people get confused, they cry out loud and think that they have been praying. You must talk to God via prayer. Now that's faith. the Bible did not say: 'When you cry, I will come...' The Bible says:'When you turn to me for an answer, I will respond...
There are so many atheists and unbelievers who cry out loud about their lives. How different are you from them when you constantly cry without praying to God?
-Use the scriptures: 'When you pray, you must refer to the scriptures and say things like:
'It is written that the Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not lack' (Psalms 23:1)
Even when you face troubles, keep mentioning the scriptures and the promises contained in it. Mentioning the scriptures makes you different from those who don't believe in God.
- Obeying His principles: 'Christianity is a way of life. There are ways you have to abide in order to see a Kingdom (Royal) lifestyle in you. Those ways are also called principles such as Tithing, Honoring people, fasting, exercising your God given gifts and so on...
Here is my question for you: ' How are you prepared to involve you faith so that God makes miracles in your life?'
